Another clutch thread

Hey guys

Today i was stationary at the lights. Clutch was in, I put some extra weight onto the clutch pedal and all of a sudden I hear a loud clunk. Thinking wtf? I take my foot off the clutch slightly and stall it. So i restart and the clutch is about 1/4 of the size it was before and soft, the release point is just about on the floor. Now what have i done?
Pressure plate - Master slave cyclinder??
I drove it home but very hard to select gears like the clutch was not engaging. Ideas?

Anyone know of somewhere open tomorrow? Being a long weekend looks like I wont be able to get someone to look at it till tues No more pwrx cruise

When my clutch started slipping, wouldnt select gears, VERY notchy and was felt like it lost 3/4 of its pressure it was actually what i was told to be a "finger" on the clutch that may have snapped off. It was replaced with a new clutch and it was fixed.

hahaha never!!

Problem solved! Bolt on the clutch master cylinder was slipping when i put the clutch in. Took it off added some thread lock and now it doesnt slip. Clutch feels normal. Hopefully it will hold = Happy days
