Default short shifter kit problem

When I am changing my gears it is really stiff and I have to slam it into gears and it is not my clutch what could be the problem

Make sure nothing has popped off your master or slave cylinders under the bonnet that has made your clutch fluid level drop. How can you be certain its not your clutch? I had a brand HD new clutch installed and it failed within a month and i putt around most of the time.

Have a look under your car, directly under where the shifter comes through the floor. I had a massive scare one day when i was sure my gearbox/clutch was rooted... I ended up having a honkey nut stuck in the linkage. Fkn honkey nuts.

I reckon it reduces throw by about 40-50%
