Looks like I've got the same problem with my WRX.. Bit odd it's happened only 2000km after getting my upper and lower radiator pipes replaced but hey newer is better.

Cost about $220 + Subaru coolant

If you use these guys they pickup your radiator in the city in the morning and deliver back that afternoon.
