Does anyone have an accurate diagram of how the pneumatic lines (ie from turbo to the changeover solenoid / 3 port solenoid / etc etc) for a MY96 WRX (manual) should be routed?

I've had a profec B spec II installed and because the pneumatics to the changeover solenoid are disconnected I get a check engine light. I want to return it to standard and work from there integrating the Profec so that everything gets the right pneumatic feed.

Nah, your issue will be that your factory MAP sensor won't be seeing a signal.

Connect it to the manifold with an airline check valve in series so it never sees above 0kpa - then make sure your mixtures are OK

The MAP sensor is still being fed from the manifold by the 3 port solenoid (the brown one) the way it has always been though.. Nothing's changed there.

Plug the solenoid back in then - loop it back with some hose if you're worried. The ECU can't tell if you have stuff unplugged from the boost control solenoid

It is plugged into the loom and it is plugged with hose - ever since it's been disconnected (either from the loom or pneumatically) I've had the check engine light. I've reset the ECU many a time .. it continually throws an error code.
It is the changeover solenoid giving the error - I've had it on SW's Garmin diagnostic computer.
Anyone got a spare I could borrow?

By the way the ECU can tell when it's not plugged in .. stick 20 ohm of resistance on it and it goes away until you drive it and it doesn't see a variance in pressure (the solenoid is there to change the MAP over from atmospheric pressure to manifold pressure once the engine is running)

According to the diagnostics manual error code 44 - wastegate control solenoid "is in short or open" .. so my plug may be stuffed.. or the wiring near it .. or the solenoid itself...
