Default New TBE Installation

Hey everyone my mate is getting a new TBE installed on saturday..Just wondering does he need a tune or can he leave it without tuning.. He has My00 wrx

no tune required, but he will get more performance out of it if he does

Will be running rich i reckon, maybe a bit of boost spike too. Best to get tuned afterwards for sure.

I ran my 01 with a TBE untuned, made fuck all performance difference. 120kw with a TBE, intake, etc etc .. 160kw when the tune went on, go figure.

Might as well put a different turbz/injectors on at the same time then go for a tune and crack 200kw.

GC8s handle mods better than MY01 onwards without tunes
