1- Has anyone tried to fit a second IN tank pump into the hole in the passenger side of the fuel tank, I took the cover off a spare tank I have & there is only a sock, fuel guage & transfer hose in there, I have a spare STI pump which is quite small & looks like it would be easy enough to adapt, so can it be T'd into the existing in - out lines? I figure 2 Subi pumps are better than one walbro as they are rated at over 400hp & it may cure my surge problems when i have less than half a tank. Oh and it's FREE.

2- Has anyone used or thought of using the under dash evaporator from an airconditioner as an oil cooler? they are quite big & would have to hold a fair bit of pressure but i have no idea if the flow rate would be good enough, but they look pretty much like any other oil cooler I have seen except bigger.......Also FREE.

Yes I can afford a Bosch or Walbro & a proper oil cooler but I like to experiment & if it works it may help others but i would like some feedback in case it has been tried & failed
