Default Betty Keypad Alarm System

My Keypad just failed...cannot disarm immobilisers to start engine.

Had the f....ker towed to Subaru today to figure out WTF!!

Any other Betty's had issues with their keypad alarms??

I thought the 08 & 09 Betty did not come with the Brant system.

I thought Subaru removed them as they were giving them nothing but trouble

It's not a Brant ...it's a new and IMPROVED version which is optional on the new models.

OK so the word is that the Keypad was faulty. New keypad being changed out as we speak.

What a f...ken drama for a relatively simple issue!
