Default Proper Grade Nuts and Bolts

Hello Guys,

Some of the nuts that holds the suspension and the hub is almost rounded off in my car. Looking at replacing them with the proper automotive grade nuts rather than just dodgy bunning ones. Does anyone know where i can get them in NOR?

Cheers all
Ken

take one to conventries fasteners and tell them what you are using it for, they will get you the right bolt in return

Don't know Matt, some of those Conventry boy's aren't really that smart, but then again neither am I.....

Grade 8.8 (structural) bolts will be fine. Socket head cap screws are even better as they are standard 12.9 Grade. Don't use Galv bolts as they have different clearances on the threads, Zinc plated is the way to go.

Replace the nuts too.

Are you taking about Coventry’s as a whole, or just the fasteners division?

If you’re taking about the fastening division, I think you’re completely wrong.

And before you talk about the fasteners you should learn what you’re talking about.
