If you really need to get the nut or bolt out with out damaging what the nut/or bolt is tied to... Weld a new bolt head or nut to the stuck nut/bolt, apply WD40 and let it sit overnight. Next Day, CAREFULLY undo the nut/bolt

Are you using normal sockets?
Have the bolts rounded?
Get yourself some Hex sockets instead - much more surface area in contact with the head of the bolts. If the bolts are rounded then the Hex socket may need to be lightly hammered on.

When you put the new bolts in be sure to smear a little good quality antiseize onto them so you don't have this problem next time...
