I've also heard from several people that Subaru upper engine cleaner is great for getting seized nuts and bolts off..

Worth a shot.

Can you get in there with a drill. if so why dont you hacksaw or grind a grove in the top for a screw drive bit and use an electric drill on low speed high torque. just an idea but you might not have enough room...
