Standard STi Top mount will do fine.
Exhaust and tune should net you about 260-270 HP.
Then look at sway bars and possibly coilovers.

Turbo timer is a waste of money. Boost gauge might be handy, but most of the others only tell you something once your engine has already failed.

Thats what I would do anyway.

starting point for further search should be

1. tyres / rims
2. brake upgrades - pads, rotors, and brake fluid
3. suspension work - sway bars, links, perhaps good lowering springs
4. turbo back exhaust
5. flash tune the stock ecu

All up estimate of $5000 to $6000 ball and an improvement in overall performance over stock will be significant.

Excellent then you are half way there. Suggest you see John at Wheels World in Osborne Park for tyres, and suspension upgrades, he can do custom wheel alignments as well.

Cold air intake is a possible mod coupled with a quality silicon turbo inlet pipe which get you improved throttle response and perhaps a few more hp.

What are your brakes like?
