Default Where do these plugs plug into??

All you subaru plug gurus.. I cant seem to find where these plugs go. These are underneath and around the steering coloumn. I didnt remove them it was done when the engine bay was painted now im at a loss to what they are and what they plug into.. Help i need to know where they go as i cant finish off the interior install...grrr

Looks like Cluster or A/C plugs.

The 1st and 4th pic might be one of the CEL plugs used when you take it to a dealer, I know if you connect one of them it puts the car into some kind of test mode but man its been 3+ years since I messed with that so take what I said with a grain of salt

The plug in the 3rd pic is a diagnostic plug, the plug in the seccond pic with the round pins looks like a main power plug

Hope this may help. 2003-2004 STi. Obviously its opposite hand, I am no subaru plug guru so I do not know if the adm is the same.
