Have a search for the differences on this website.

Depends entirely on what you want and how much dollars you have to support them.

well thats a td05-20g.
It'll kill the 34 in top end power.
You can get different variations of the td05. 16g, 18g and 20g are most common.
The 16g is the closest match to the vf34.
The bigger the number, the higher the topend power, but at a trade off to more lag.

I run a whizzbang td05 and prefer it to the 34.

yeh awsome, this kit as mensioned above on the td05 is 20g, plus its cheaper, i was leaning towards to td05, because it supports like 430 hp compared to the vf34 which only can support something like 340 or some what...
With the lag, can i get rid of it if i have antilag on the ecu???

thanks guys

IHI turbos (the vf34 is an IHI turbo) don't use the same exhaust housing setup as the TD's. A VF34 comes with whats called a P18 rear. They can be upgraded with the next size up, p20, which has the same effect. More top end power with bigger numbers at the sacrifice of more lag.

A 2.5 (eJ25) can get away with running the larger rear housings as the extra displacement makes the turbos spool earlier/quicker.

I think he accidentally pressed enter twice in between the 3 and 4 of 34? LOL

Another vote for TD05 20G... Had the same turbo(in the form of a GTPS02) on my last WRX and it was a blast... love the kick in the pants at 3500rpm and it goes strong to redline and beyond!

Will most likely be looking to fit one up to the Lib at some stage in 2010!
