Default getting coolant temp sensor out

I was changing one of the coolant temp sensors in my v3/4 and i managed to snap the sensor in half. It was that badly corroded. Its hollow and I need to get it out of my top radiator housing to get the new one in which will hopefully see the end of my check engine light, basically looks a snapped off bolt thats hollow in the middle. its just behind the engine oil pressure sensor, behind/under the alternator.
Any ideas on how to get it out?
