Question Turbos?!

Hey guys, not really asking this as a question about my car or anything im just curious!

why is it that all the ball bearing turbos like the vf28, vf34, vf22 etc are all quite expensive, but just looking on ebay now theres all these td06 with 20g housing and td05s with 20g housings, for less then like 700 bucks? plus they can all handle 20+ psi and at least 350hp rated??

where as all these VF turbos cant handle that much??! well from what ive heard they cant!?

you pay a premium for an OEM fit.

otherwise, you pay a premium for custom pipework!

Proper bolt on TD05 and TD06 turbos to suit Subaru fitment, actually cost more than IHI VF's.

China eBay ones are cheap for a reason!
