Question Please Explain??

hey guys, just had my car verso retuned..
Basically...

I had it 1st tuned few months back with:
Full Exhaust
VF28 turbo
Front mount
CAI
Bigger fuel pump
Made 247.2hp at the hubs..

went back for a retune the 2nd time this time with
800cc injectors
but this time, my clutch couldnt handle 21 psi so was slipping, detuned it back to 18psi at about 250hp but sean said it peaked at about 266hp at one point

now tonight i had it retuned with a heavyduty clutch with the injectors and a new mac valve to control boost.
only made 251.7hp without a slipping clutch..

comparing torque was 325nm and is now 347nm

how can it only change 3hp?!
Difference i noticed on the dyno sheets are:
with the 247hp it goes up nicely and gradually
and the 251hp, it gets to about 4500rpm and kinda dips til 4750rpm then keeps going up!

Can anyone explain to me why?!?!

was it re-tuned at 18psi or 21psi?

are you able to show us both dyno graphs?

It could be. Do you have a boost gauge?

the dyno sheet isn't always going to be what you except.

How does it drive now though? alot harder?

were you expecting to make more power just because you put some big injectors in? or have you also upped the boost? was it running out of fuel with the old injectors?

someone can correct me but would a vf28 make much more power over 18psi or just blow more hot air?

also different day different dyno results, may make 20 more the next time you put it on..

well yeah, i guess i did expect more hp, mainly because sean said he saw it at 266hp, so i assumed with a new clutch itd get past that?!
guess like you said, different day, different results.
boost gauge says its peaking at about 20psi.

it hasnt really gained much out of the last tune, it goes pretty hard now but it basically feels the same as it did before the tune.
i was told the vf28 could handle up to 21psi and maybe 280hp?

guess its time for a new turbo? any suggestions for one that will get me close to 300hp??!

slap a vf34 on it and you will never look back, i would have personally gone for some injectors just a lil smaller than 800cc unless you have massive plans for it, your not going to need that much fuel..
