Tyre storage life
Guys I am thinking of getting a new set of tyres before my lease runs out to make the most of the tax advantages with a lease, but do not prolly need em for about another year. Is there any issues with storage of new tyres that any one is aware of? ie time stored, light, temp etc?

simple solution would be to organise something with john at wheels world where they can bill you for them now including fitting balancing and allignment and then wait till you actually need them and then he could order them for you. he is a pretty helpfull guy and i'm sure you could sort something out.

Is there any problem with storing tyres though?
I mean, whe your not driving, all they're doing is sitting there anyway!?! |

Exposed to too much heat and light, they can crack in the sidewalls and tread. Wombat's option is the go.
