Default Forry Upgrading

Hey guys
looking to make some changes to my forry to make it run better but i have no idea where to start
what should i start upgrading? what should i do? how do i find out what needs changing first?

can anyone point me in the right direction?

If its an NA, best is to do a turbo transplant for performance gains
