Default jdm02 sti cluster into adm01 wrx.

hey guys ive got a my01 wrx(bugeye) and ive got a jdm sti cluster out of a my02,

i throught it was a plug and play but its looks like its not, ive searched high and low to find some info on it but cant find anything.

the sti cluster just does nothing the niddles move abit but nothing, has anyone done or know if there is any differents between them, and how to fix if so.

sorry if this is a stuipd question.
