7-8psi is the default boost of your wastegate actuator, check the lines to that

Just spoke to RMS and the guy said that there is a restrictor olive in one of the vacuum lines to the turbo. I have changed some of the vacuum lines. Oops
 Does anyone know where this would be situated???
