Default New MY11 WRX Sedan - What mods first??

Hi All

New dude here.

I did do a lot of searching first so be kind!!
I couldnt find specific first off mods to do in way of suspension. Ive read that understeer is a drama, a rear sway bar would fix this?? I was thinking a Whiteline 22mm adjustable and king springs/alignment. This ok to start with?

Power wise, Ive ordered a PW TMIC and tried to get a TurboXS TBE but theyve run out of down pipes. So am looking around for something similar. I like the look of the quad pipes but no one is doing them yet (to my knowledge) I only want to buy something once so am trying to get the best to start with, keeping wife under control and in the dark at the same time!! When I get a TBE will take it into ASG to get verso. Ive also read that CAI is not needed/can cause grief.
Im aiming at 300whp but driveable and reliable.

Any definitive advice would be appreciated.
