Default O2 Sensor

Guru's

I'm currently putting on the ceramic coated dump pipes and headers to my gc8.

I have encountered a few issues which i require some advice/ part numbers.

The o2 sensor hole in the dump pipe was welded up by the previous owner and as a result i need a longer o2 sensor or harness.

I do have location infront the the turbo to place the o2 sensor but it will not reach.

I can not lengthen the wires between the plug and the sensor as the wires are stainless steel.

can i buy a longer compatible o2 sensor?
can i buy a harness adapter?

would likes some help.

tristan

The O2 sensor I installed recently had the wrong plug.
Point is I spliced the old plug / wires into the new sensor wires using end to end crimps.
I then heat shrinked the individual crimps and then the whole set of wires.
Has been working successfully.

The same could be done to lengthen the wires.
