As Dave said you're on the right track. The difference that these few mods make is amazing. And your car will be in good hands at Wheelsworld. John & Bob are very knowledgeable when it comes to suspension setup.

hey man sorry for stealing your thread just wondering about prices at wheel world. i rang asg yesterday and nic quoted me 252 front 285 rear for whiteline sway bars and 175 for ball type links each. also install was 250.
Does wheels world beat that price? mine is a my11 would that make a difference in price or they same price regardless of model year?
Thanks for help.

I would also put in a roll centre kit while that's getting done. Ask John about it well worth while.

This is a list of what I have in my 06 STI which was all done at wheels world.

-King springs (coil overs will replace these soon hopefully though)
-Camber bolts
-Whiteline ALK
-" " Roll center adj. kit
-" " 22mm front adj. sway bar
-" " 22mm rear adj. sway bar (hardest setting)
-" " H/D rear sway bar mounts

All this stuff has removed a lot of the under steering characteristics and makes for a very fun car on the street and skid pan/track.

Also strut brace's are worth it IMO. They were the first thing I did on my car and I could notice the difference when cornering.

I don't think WW would bother getting into a bidding war for your business. You either want a company like WW to work on your car, trust in their reputation & experience, and pay their price... or you don't.

this is a good topic! i recently got soem second hand hks coil overs installed and could not stand them so i had them taken of the following day, i think they were just old car was constanly bubbling it was like a low rider. Any way i got my old struts put back in with pedders sports ryder springs & white line antilift kit. On monday i am putting in white line 33MM heavy duty adjustable sway bars front and rear as well as a tower brace. Can not wait now after reading some of these comments..

if anyone wants those hks coils to re build or finish them off hit me up lol!

I was under the impression a roll centre kit was only necessary if you were lowering the vehicle.

Just curious why you're going so big on your swaybars?

Correct and I am fairly sure John won't sell you something you don't need! Again you are in safe hands with John and Bob. They dont tune ecu's but do have their own bay for doing wheel alignments which they do very well.

On the other hand ASG can sell you whiteline sway bars and links, and install them but you will still need to go somewhere else for a wheel alignment.

Its worth pointing out to all who read this that there is a history on topics like this and if you SEARCH you will find and reap the benefits.
