Could someone really be that stupid as to represent their company in such poor form?

If you really are Bryce Atkins (and not the victim of an internet prank), then you are a complete fucking tosser.

At most companies, that behaviour would lead to instant dismissal. Even if it was completely Daves fault (which I'm not saying it is) that still isn't the way to deal with it.

Happens more often than you think, hence why people like you sell bulk products to enthusiasts like us.

I've had a few crap/dodgy pads and they just come out and different ones go in, no point getting the same shit pads again or giving anymore money to that company.

Dude are you for real, if i had a pad fail that early in it's life you can bet i would buy a different brand and never use the original brand ever again!

Well done on losing a heap of customers based on your attitude not necessarily the quality of your product. I actually thought your response was informative until the American comment.

Chalk it down to an expensive mistake by slagging off a customer on an open forum with quite a high membership & influence within the Perth community.

Good luck with the defamation case too, got a feeling you will be needing it.
