95% of you shouldn't need a twin plate...
Twin plate if only really required if your making big power, and abuse the shit out of the crutch. I had an Excedy 9 puck / single plate / brass "sprung" button crutch in my GTR. Made 410hp to the floor on formaz and still held up find. However after about 2 years of abuse it gave up. Cheap option though, as it was only $800 fitted.

If you do replace it your clutch with a full face oragnic , i would be interested to see if you get the decleration rattle from above 2200 rpm.
