Default Exedy Clutches

Just wondering how many people on the forum are currently running exedy clutches (in organic or ceramic form)?

Would you also be able to list if you are using a stock flywheel or something aftermarket?

I'm gonna get the exedy brass button fix pretty soon. Sticking with stock flywheel. Would be great to hear some feedbacks.

Using a combo puck and full face organic. Works well. Brass button clutches and subaru gearboxes are a well proven bad match. Make sure you save some $ for a gearbox rebuild if you proceed with a brass button. The shock loads kill gears. The full face organics are much more sympathetic.

ive got an exedy brass button clutch, seems pretty good, i find it to be very smooth in changes. But i am still thinking of making a change from it. Only problem i think what most of you have sed bout it not going well with subaru gearboxes i think might be true, ive notice it never really like going into fourth gear on the up or on the downshift. All other gears are totally fine. So yeah if what you guys are saying is true, i might consider a swap soon.

My clutch has walked - barely driveable
Sounds like fingers of pressure plate are floating about
Want a EXEDY Twin Plate - ASAP
Where can one be sourced and cheap ? Coventries ?

What gbox u got, Booga? 5 speed or 6 speed?

I can get the Exedy Hyper twin plate, or the Hyper carbon fibre dampened twin plate. Price is $POA, so I'll get back to ya

If anyone wants Exedy clutches, PM me...I can source these at decent prices!
