The fuel pump is rated for a fuel flow of 180L/hour (measured at 300 kPa pressure) and a fuel pressure of 650kPa.

Fred,

I understand that those numbers are for the hiflow/Spec C version. There is a difference apparently.

I don't know the flow but they use the same pump assembly for STi and WRX

STI Docklands have advised flow rate at 150lts per hour!
