Exclamation Turbo Upgrade

Ok, Time for a bit more serious upgrades for my Rexy...Just not the same anymore
I was wondering on anyones experiences with aftermarket Turbos!?!
Anything ranging from a VF34 to a TD06, TD04L even to a T88
Just some general research before i go out and spend my dough

If anyone does think of replying, could you leave the info on what turbo, average price (if you can guess), hp rating, how hard it was to get installed and how hard it goes

Thanks Guys
Luke

What are your goals?
Do you want response or top end power?
What other modifications have you done?

Well my main goal is to get one that has an awsome whirling noise (heard one the other day that just sounded like a F16 fly past and then fell in love ) and preferably one with high peak hp and that can stand alot of boost.

ATM, ive got a frount mount, titanium exhaust system, k&n pod, boost controller, BOV...nothing too special but will plan on buying fuel pump, bigger injectors and all other goodies when i buy the turbo

spend some money on making that block of yours a little stronger before throwing crazy ass boost in there.

I'm running a VF22. Massive low end loss. Without launch, I'm literally accelerating like the nissan pulsar next to me till I hit the extremely late 3000s. 2nd gear will be better coz you've got it spooling.

With Launch (slipping@3000rpm), "in my opinion" its quick.

Turbo lag is incredible obviously but once you hit about the late 3000s the car pulls all the way to redline (ecutek).

Running at 1.3bar with stock TMIC.
