Thanks for the info guys. i have taken the manifold off and taken a heap of photos in the process. Will still be very interesting to put it back.

However.....I have taken most of the paint off but what is the best paint stripper to get? Is paint stripper the best way to go? Is there some other way?

Cheers

Went to covs today but they reckon they have never heard of it in red....only black. Does anyone have any part numbers.

Cheers

Covs finally sent out the paint and gasket cleaner. I just sprayed some gasket cleaner on because i have never used it before and that stuff is the bomb. Awesome.

Once my uni exam is over on sat morning i will finish stripping the manifold and repainting it for sure.

Thanks for the help

Brendon

Sorry guys.

Came up a treat. Yes it was a red sti manifold. I have been real busy and have not put much of it back together yet.

I will upload some stuff onto photobucket tonight to give you an idea.

The gaskets cost about $7 a side.

Is going to be a bit of a mission to put back together though.
