Default Coil overs - What have you got?

There seems to be lots of coilover specials on the forum HSD, STD, Kido Racing.

Who has got a set of any of these and what is your experience with them.

I would like to hear from the customers not the sellers.

Cheers Tim

I have HSD's on my GC8. Excellent value for money. Lot's of alignment settings, can be setup to be quite comfortable too. I'd only remove them to replace with DMS50's or something down the track.

Evo has Tein Monoflex with EDFC. Driving the car (I know different cars...) you couldn't tell which coilover was in which car. Issues with the HSD's are damping adjustment is at the bottom and no option of EDFC style in-cabin adjustment.

But to be honest, once you find the sweet spot, you don't adjust them.

Also put a set of TEIN Super Streets in my mates EVO.

Both are good shit.

Fulcrum coliovers (which are now Tein if I recall correctly) with cusco tops here.
When/if it comes time for a rebuild I'll seriously consider HSD hr's. I've only ever heard good things.

HSD HR's FTW. Great product, great after sales support - can't go wrong.

BC's. Guys at Wilko's said they have had a few HSD failures. Was news to me.
