Default PW TMIC Vs Sway bar

So I fitted my new Process West TMIC yesterday to my MY00 WRX..

Its literally sitting about 4mm away from the sway bar. Its gonna hit it. I was going to remove the sway bar for the mean time until I can find a factory bov (the current one wont let me fit the cooler close enough to the manifold). Do the GC8 WRX's have a sway bar as standard? Will there be any consequences to removing it other than the fact i loose the rigidity?

Doubt you'd even notice the difference tbh, specially if you're rolling on stock suspension.

If it clears by 4mm you're fine! Worth keeping on IMO, even if it rubs here and there

If its hitting now then I can remove the sway bar now until I get another bov

I also find the Process West TMIC moves a bit because of the multi-fit boltholes which allows it to slide if it's not tight enough. I've had the throttle body coupler pop loose becuuase of this.
