yea mate check ur fuses first and wiggle the associated wireing and if that doesn't fix it then yes ur fuel pump his out.
just a question, did u unpluge ur battery?? if was still conected cld u have possibly bummped two bare wires together and caused a short, or wld your key have to be in the "on" possie?? just a thought.... but check ur wireing/fuses before u go guying another fuel pump

not a flat battery ?? does it crank but not start ?? check your fuelpump fuse or if you are getting power to the pump.

disconnect your fuel line and see if you have any fuel pressure when you crank, then remove coilpack/lead and check for spark.
Is there anything else that doesnt work in the car? like radio, indicators, fan. This may help to give you an idea of where to look if something else doesnt work aswell. As PACKA said, it could be your battery. Does it turn over normally or is it really slow because if it is turning over slowly then the chances are it won't start. Regards, Tom |
