Default Wheel spacers and people opinions on them !!

hey all,

just want some honest opinions...also please note i havent done any research on this yet...

ve been looking into the posibility of getting rear wheel spacers to get a slightly more wider agressive stance on an 08 wrx.... purely cosmetic reasons...

soemthing similar to the below

Just Jap Auto Imports

tell us your thoughts

If you're going to by new rims, why do this? Just get the right width rim and offset you want in the first place (research). Fairly sure these are illegal also and will void your insurance, most if not all tyre/wheel shops refuse to put these on.

As above, get rims with the correct width and offset - they are definitely illegal on a road car.

I looked at this and it just isn't worth it. A bit risky to run more then 5mm slip on and even if you bolt on a 10mm one the stock studs are 25mm and will stick out of the spacer by 15mm so your rim will not be able to go on the hub, unless there is space in there.
