Default aps tmic or v6 sti???

hey guys, i have just got my wrx back and wanna try keep it looking very standard under the bonnet..

i am thinking about changing from the aps top mount to a genuine v6 sti top mount. i know they are smaller but i dont drive the car at full revs all the time and have been told there are cars cruising around with these stock items putting out over 200kw. So still good for a thrash here and there.

cheers
Mike

Get a STI tmic from 2002 - 2007. or 2008 onwards if you want the biggest one.

Better than most after market TMIC units

v6 sti cooler is same dimensions as std gc8 cooler just silver so why not put a std gc8 cooler on it & save yourself the couple hundred $$ you will be just paying for a silicone y pipe...?

If was me i'd paint the aps cooler black if not already....

even a gd wrx topmount would be an improvement, bit less stuffing around to fit than a gd sti one, we're assuming you have a my99ish gc8?
