Hey guys,
Just went out and bought a K&N pod filter without looking at my air box thoroughly and realised theres no room to fit it? surely gc8s can fit them in without having to put it in guard, rite?

You need to remove the air box and buy a adapter to bolt on to the air flow meter then you filter will bolt on to that

I Wouldnt bother with a pod filter.. Your car is meant to be sucking in cold air.. With a pod filter you will be suckin hot air from the engine and your car wont perform well

And if you do, buy some spare air flow meters

I've got an in guard CAI with k&n pod if you want something that will bolt straight in.
PM me if you're keen.

take it back & get an apexi power intake kit, direct bolt on to you afm housing, comes with support brackets, its a dry pod that won't kill your afm's
