I got around this problem by mounting the drivers side horn on to the bolt that holds the clamp on the end of the power steering cooler, although you can't see the whole horn but it still does the trick...ill post some pics up tonight if i get a chance.

Caved, picked stuff up off desk...walked to garage, took front end off 06 sti....too fkn difficult...epic fail...someone do it for me?

I was going to say, not much difference between colour coordinated horns and colour coordinated roll cage. Except for the fact the way you drive you actually need the roll cage

but why, why do you need different horns? Do the people that get them use their horns that much? Do they use them more once putting super tones on? Whats the need of them being seen?

fyi, colour coded cages are that way because of its easiest to paint it all at once. Not because I thought about it much.

s'ok dude, no need to defend yourself. My old man is a painter, I know why it's the same colour. I'm just winding you up

Why? Same as any subtle cosmetic mod... why change rims? Why change wheel nuts? Valve caps? (that get stolen by scummy, cheap Belmont locals). Shorter antennas, etc etc.
