Default Replacing Front Wheel Bearings

I need to replace my front wheel bearings in my 96 model WRX.

Has anyone done this themselves and Is this a prick of a job to do?

I haven't done the front but I've done the back with a mate. It is not a very hard job. Like any job though you need the right tools to do it.

You can get aftermarket bearings from Conventrys. Mine cost only about $170 a pair for the rear. Front should be around the same price, maybe slightly more.

It is worth giving a go but you will need so mechanical skills as pulling off the old bearing is harder than putting the new one on. PM me if you want more details.

Adam

P.S If you decide to do it, be preparred for some very messy, greasy work!!
