hey all i am considering puchaseing a 3"tbe off jshop, their mild steel with stainless mufflers, just seeing if anyone has one and what their oppinions were of them.... gd sound, any trouble fitting them ect

Sounds like you are trying to do this on a limited budget so why not try Jap Wholesale in Wangarra, they used to have heaps of SS 3" systems, bout $300 ish.

i called them today... no luck he sed they mostly get cat back and rarely get tbe, also sed they chase 500 for a ss cat back...

just go and see ian at exhaust torque.. absolutely loved the note and performance aspect of the system he fitted for me with my previous.

Haven't heard anything as good since.

Yeah it's been over a year since I priced them but if you have a good standard system I have an oldish but solid non mandrel mild steel turbo back (no cat) with a SS dunk (apexi) cannon which is quite new that I will swap if you want........but you remove it from the car, just PM me.

i keep finding cheaper tbe's for 01+ models, wld these fit my 99 model by anychance??
