Hey guys im sure someone can give me a straight answer.

Edit: Im basically looking at buying a gear box out of a 2005 wrx and putting into my 2000 (bug eye) wrx and i was wondering if it will bolt straight up or if im gonna need new clutch etc.

If this is the engine and box off gumtree, it says it has timing belt damage so expect bent valves at the least.

It will all physically bolt in. Though you wont be able to use the AVCS in the 2005 WRX motor. And you'll have to transfer your intake manifold over to the 2005 motor so all your engine wiring plugs in.

And you'll need to change the rear diff to 4.44 ratio to match the 2005 gearbox.
