Exclamation Electrical Whine / Capacitor Squeal near foglight buttons in cabin.

Hi All - After the track day today - when I got near to home, I noticed that my speakers sounded wierd - like there was some sort of power problem, the frequencys seemed mucked up.

Also I noticed that when starting to accellerate say... below 1500/2000 rpm, theres this electrical squeal that gets more high-pitched and eventually goes away (I assume I just cant hear the frequency anymore.)

It was coming from somewhere near where the foglight buttons area in the cabin on the GC.

Anybody have any idea what could have happened? I am hoping that perhaps I just blew a fuse when the subwoofer cables got disconnected in the boot while driving (sub is secured with 2 snap-strap cables to the chassis).

If it helps - I had to lay-off on the track today due to Overboost (~1.5 Bar, Boost warning set at 1.2). Ended up with the ViPEC cutting out and (apparently) a nice big puff of black smoke.
