I'm sure they are tested and pass (they have to to get sold, hence i suppose the emission laws), they don't need to test every single car that goes on the road...

Remove cat.

Problem fixed.

Wake up entire street at 4:30am when you go to work. If they like Subarus then the loud rumble will put them back to sleep. If it pisses them off, buy a BOV and put that on as well.
