Mine has the same symptoms, burns a bit of oil at high rpm, ( white smoke out the back of the exhaust) and has blow back/blow by out the exhaust cap at idle........ Took it to Stechnic and they said it has a bottom end knock due to a cracked piston.

My car also seems to enjoy drinking coolant lately and it doesn't have a leak :/

Dunno If yours has the same problem but the symptoms sound similar :/

Start saving some coin for a new motor!!

Get a compression test and a leak down test done by someone who knows what they're doing. They should be able to interpret the results and tell you what the issue is.
Or they may be able to tell just by listening to your engine if its bad enough.
