^ Everyone seems to forget that part Wayne.
Worse part is, it cost something like $120-150 (iirc) and a major pain in the ass as well if no one in WA has stock

OEM/factory MHI TD series turbos (TD04/TD05) are generally shit on our cars. Thats why we replace them with IHI VF series turbos!

TD04 and smaller TD05 variants are found as stock wrx turbos through the years, not to mention the TF etc forry turbos.

TD05-16G, 18G, 20G, TD06 etc turbos are a whole different ball game, come in differerent front and rear housing/wheel sizes and configurations. there is probably some good info on nasioc and I'm sure other members will pipe in. Once again its about how much response/horsepower you are after. normally the two are mutually exclusive.

If it was me I'd grab Lewis's "Sethor" HKS one he's got up for sale as its around half price than new and works well with 2.5's (257) not sure how long long 205 will last though.
