Buy bricks, jack car up, steal wheels, leave car on bricks, sell wheels.

Leaves you at least $15 out of pocket as the bricks would be worth far more than the rims.

When did they become standard on WRX's?

2002 onwards (Bugeye) STi have AVCS, 2003 onwards WRX (Peanut) have AVCS.
They kept building the 2002 STi into 2003, so you can buy a 2003 build year STi and it will be a Bugeye, whereas MY03 WRX will always be a Peanut
