Default Trying to diagnose engine rattle at 4000 rpm

Hi All, over a period of a few months, my car has developed a metalic rattle at mid to high rpm. I thought it was a bracket or something rattling but am wondering if it could be the turbo which has 227,000 kms on it.

You can hear the rattle on the video below at about 4000 rpm. Any ideas?

By the way the car is as SF Forester which I've owned for 10 years.
