The vehicle came in with a MAC valve installed with a restrictor pill in it.
Whoever did that, i have no idea.

Russ, to make it clearer, the MAC valve was installed with a restrictor in the T, when the vehicle came in, as mentioned previously.

The restrictor was also placed in the wrong direction.

I reckon we should hear from Riceman himself first. Mao can only go by what a customer(Riceman) has told him...and in this case I think he's stuffed around with it between workshops and told a few porkys.

can someone confirm this
- did the OP post that EvoR pointed finger at ASG, or did Mao actually quoted that here, i.e posted that up here?

it could be seen as an individual playing one workshop against another
i'll withdraw this statement if proven wrong
