Default a/t control system section / pdf wire diagram?? GC8 97
Hello all,

All the GC8 93-98 manuals / PDFs are mising the Automatic / a/t control system wiring diagram is missing. the 99-2000 is there. But the TCM ecu is 2 plug.. instead of the 3 plug unit..

Has anyone seen a pdf of the a/t control system in the 3 plug TCM unit??

No... All the PDF service manuals i have found have the "A/T control section" missing...

The 99-2000 DOES have the A/T control section.. BUT it runs a 2 plug TCM (Auto box ecu).. NOT a 3 plug TCM like the 96-98 Auto WRXs do.

It should be like 2-3 pages showing the Box connectons to the dash and the TCM etc... I think its 3 pages in the 99-2000 GC8 service manual wiring guide section..

It is listed in the table of contence.. but with missing page numbers.. and no pages included...

Its like its in a serprite PDF?? Or it was never scanned in??

It should be after the ABS wiring section..(in the 97-98 PDF). But its not there.. it goes strait to the Audio and clock section...

I think i found it!! In a JDM GC* manual... While looking for a JDM 3 plug yellow ECU pinouts... It has te full AT wire.. But ECU plug is wrong... So found one... not the ECU side though.. Will have to check it on my car.

Now to check wiring on car.. Read connector numbering from the back were the wires come out...

I have looked through the service manual thread.. All the GC8 links i looked at say Excludes JDM version...

So i don't see a JDM version if it is there..
