What is that sound?!

Hey guys, so a couple of days ago im driving home from work, i pull into my street and close off my varex muffler, pulll into my drive way when i noticed a strange knocking/clicking sound coming from the engine bay, so i opened the hood and its seem to be coming from sommewhere around the area to left of where the battery is located, dosent sound like a big end problem to me...
