RPM cluster

Hey

My cluster on wrx 2001 isnt reading the RPM as it sits on zero and even puting a sti cluster it also does the same. So the cluster isnt broken as it does the ceromony intro for the rpm as i got the 06+cluster sti cluster jap spec

Owner had a shift light installed previously and disconnected it. It also doesnt flash!! since reconnectin
