Default Forced performance 71 HTA

After much procrastination and researching, I have narrowed down my choice of turbo to the FP 71HTA or the AVO 400L both of which have been recommended for my 02sti.

FP 71HTA- 51LB a minute capable or producing upwards of 425WHP. Billet wheel, It’s a fairly new turbo based on a TD05 WITH A 7CM housing which is best suited to the 2l. It’s also had some good feedback on Nasioc and other sites

The other is the AVO 400L- Ball bearing turbo that I think is based on the Garret GT28? It’s a fairly old design but from the talk I have had, it seems to be a very well built turbo.

Has anyone had experience with the 71hta and how do think it will go against the 400L
